1. Custom Furniture
- No returns on custom or made-to-order items.
- These are manufactured specifically for your measurements and selections.
2. Ready-Made Products
Eligible for replacement only if:
- Product is damaged on arrival
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect visible at first use
3. Reporting Time
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Photos + video proof required.
4. Refunds
Refunds apply ONLY if:
- Payment was made but product is unavailable
- Duplicate payment occurred
5. Non-Refundable
- Custom orders
- Used or damaged items
- Items damaged due to mishandling, water, or relocation
