1. Custom Furniture

  • No returns on custom or made-to-order items.
  • These are manufactured specifically for your measurements and selections.

2. Ready-Made Products

Eligible for replacement only if:

  • Product is damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect visible at first use

3. Reporting Time

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Photos + video proof required.

4. Refunds

Refunds apply ONLY if:

  • Payment was made but product is unavailable
  • Duplicate payment occurred

5. Non-Refundable

  • Custom orders
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, water, or relocation
