Welcome to Divya Furniture World (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, store, or through our home demo service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Use

  • By using our website or services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and genuine.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

  • Product images shown on the website or during demos may vary slightly in color, texture or finish due to lighting, screen settings or natural material differences.
  • Measurements, colors and specifications must be confirmed before placing the final order.
  • Custom furniture may have minor variations due to manual craftsmanship.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after advance payment or full payment (as discussed at the time of purchase).
  • For custom-made or made-to-order products, advance payment is mandatory.
  • Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused due to customer measure changes, design changes or incomplete information.

4. Pricing & Offers

  • Prices may change without prior notice based on material cost, design complexity or market conditions.
  • Offers, discounts and promotions are valid only during the mentioned period and cannot be combined unless specified.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to material availability, weather conditions, transport delays or other external factors.
  • Customers must ensure that entry points, staircases and elevators are accessible for safe delivery.
  • Installation will be completed by trained technicians at the scheduled time.

6. Warranty & Service

  • Warranty (1–5 years depending on the product) covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Misuse or rough handling
    • Water or moisture damage
    • Damage during home shifting
    • Normal wear and tear
  • Service after warranty may be chargeable.

7. Return & Replacement

  • Custom-made furniture orders are non-returnable.
  • Ready-made items may be eligible for replacement only if damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement approval depends on inspection by our service team.

8. Home Demo & Consultation

  • Home demo visits are free within our service locations.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require rescheduling based on availability.
  • Booking a home demo does not reserve or hold any product without payment.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for verifying measurements, finishes, materials and design details before confirming the order.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer may lead to delays or fitting issues.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, content and branding used by Divya Furniture World are our intellectual property.
  • Unauthorized reuse or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by external factors
  • Damage caused by third-party transport arranged by the customer
  • Fitting issues due to incorrect measurements given by the customer
  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to product usage
